Network of Youth Centers
The network of youth centers is a vital infrastructure for the dynamics of our young communities. These regional hubs are dedicated to empowering young people by providing spaces where they can interact, learn and develop. Each center is an oasis of resources, activities and programs, designed to inspire and motivate, promote civic participation and facilitate access to essential information for youth.
Youth centers across the country are equipped to serve as catalysts for change, supporting young people in their efforts to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities. With a wide range of initiatives, from personal development workshops to entrepreneurship programs and cultural activities, our network is dedicated to being with each young person on their unique journey.
National Network of Local Youth Councils from Moldova
The National Network of Local Youth Councils from Moldova is a platform made up of Local Youth Councils at district/municipal level, and which ensures communication between young people and the Central Public Authorities, as well as providing methodological assistance and institutional support to youth representative structures at the level local.
The National Network of Local Youth Councils from Moldova supports the participation of young people in community development, especially in the decision-making process and the establishment of partnerships between young people and Public Authorities. The RNCLTM considers the participation of young people in the decision-making process as a strong catalyst for positive changes in the communities of the Republic of Moldova.

The Center for Social Innovation – The Catalyst for Community Transformation
The Ministry of Education and Research and the National Youth Agency have initiated the Social Innovation Center Project, which is to be an institution with the mission of channeling social innovation by incubating youth organizations and offering programmatic, strategic, administrative and/or financial services. The center will carry out its activity in the block in Alexandru cel Bun str., 111, which was transferred to the management of the National Youth Agency, in order to achieve this objective.
In this regard, the Order of the Minister of Education and Research no. 171 of 19.09.2023 regarding the operation of the Center for Social Innovation and the Regulation for the Operation of the Center for Social Innovation. For more information go to:
Download the regulationIn order to achieve the objectives proposed in 2023, a complex of actions was carried out, such as design services and renovation works (from the state budget and from the budget of the development partners) in the amount of about 14/15 million lei (approx. 770,000 euros ).
In 2024, the National Youth Agency will continue the process of renovating the building in Alexandru cel Bun str., 111, for this purpose, funds from the state budget have been allocated.
