National Forum of Youth Workers

The National Forum of Youth Workers is an annual event, organized with the aim of promoting a platform for peer-to-peer communication and learning between practitioners, in correlation with the trends and prospects for strengthening the community of workers... 

In 2023, the event took place between May 2-5, with the theme "The importance of the youth worker's occupation in the context of the European Year of Skills". The program of the edition included the analysis of the "Youth 2030" Development Strategy and the Program regarding its implementation for the years 2023-2026. The priorities of the National Youth Agency, the opportunities offered to workers and organizations by the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe such as accessing grants, study visits and others were also addressed. The event brought together about 60 specialists in youth work, youth workers from youth centers and youth associations in the country, who discussed the latest developments in the development of youth work and presented positive practices and examples of support and involvement of young people.
